As an ESOP, we’re required to have a Board of Directors. They help steer our employed-owned company through strategic guidance and planning for the long-term. They are made up of 5 independent directors plus CEO with expertise in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, life science advisory, emerging biotechnology, and organizational development and have oversight of the NewAge Sustainability Program
