AdvantaPure, a division of NewAge Industries, specializes in ultra-clean products for the pharmaceutical, biomedical, food, and cosmetic industries. All products are manufactured, stored, and shipped using the cleanest methods possible to ensure unsurpassed product purity for the customer.

Tubing and hose is produced in our Class 1,000 level, HEPA-filtered clean room, and the AdvantaPure production facility is certified by an outside source to meet ISO 9001:2000. We adhere to strict Good Manufacturing Procedures with special consideration for ventilation, appropriate clothing and coverings, and inspections. Many of our products, after being put through extensive physical, chemical, and biological testing, meet USP Class VI, FDA, ISO, NSF, European Pharmacopoeia, and 3A standards.

Because we understand how important purity is in the production processes, and in the products’ eventual use in critical applications, we further ensure that products are free of contaminants by sealing finished tubing and hose in clear polybags following manufacture. Each bag is labeled with a lot-traceable number and identification, then stored in a segregated, low-particulate-level white room. All of our team members are trained on the importance of quality and exhibit a genuine concern for the products they manufacture.

A brief look at our silicone tubing and hose production:
First, strips of raw silicone are fed into our state-of-the-art extruder.		Finished platinum-cured hose is coiled at the end of the extrusion line.		Ultra pure hose is heat-sealed in bags to maintain cleanliness.		Each bag is labeled and stored in a low-particulate-level white room, ready to be shipped.
