This warranty is limited only to the replacement of NewAge Industries AdvantaPure products, item for item, which after examination by NewAge Industries AdvantaPure are deemed defective. NewAge Industries AdvantaPure specifically disclaims any other liability. MINIMUM ORDER - $100.00 net invoice unless otherwise noted. New Age® Industries retains the right to change minimums or prices without notice. All prices quoted, invoice amounts, and monies due are in U.S. dollars.

PAYMENT TERMS - Net 30 days on open account, subject to approval. VISA®, MasterCard®, and American Express are also accepted. All prices quoted, invoice amounts, and monies due are in U.S. dollars.

EXPORT SALES (outside North America) - All prices quoted, invoice amounts, and monies due are in U.S. dollars. Minimum order is $500.00 net invoice. Payment may be made by one of the following methods: 1) Payment in advance either by certified check or wire transfer; 2) VISA,MasterCard, or American Express; 3) Irrevocable letter of credit. Open account terms may be extended after experience. Custom extruded or fabricated orders require full payment with the placement of the order and are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

TAXES - We are required to collect state sales tax in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and North Carolina unless we have a tax exempt certificate on file.

FREIGHT POLICY - All shipments are F.O.B. plant/distribution center. Freight charges will include parcel insurance coverage where applicable. Note: NewAge Industries constantly monitors freight rates and available services for the fastest, safest, and most economical delivery of products to our customers.

FORCE MAJEURE - NewAge Industries shall not be liable for any delays in the delivery of orders, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to fire, act of God, strike, shortage of raw materials, supplies or components, retooling, upgrading of technology, delays of carriers, embargo, government order or directive, or any other circumstance beyond NewAge Industries' reasonable control.

WARRANTY - NewAge Industries' products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any product found to carry such defects will be replaced without charge for six months from date of delivery. This warranty is limited only to the replacement of NewAge Industries' products, item for item, which after examination by NewAge Industries are deemed defective. NewAge Industries specifically disclaims any other liability. Data supplied is provided as a helpful guideline and is believed to be reliable; however, nothing stated shall constitute a guarantee, recommendation, or warranty for any application.

RETURNED GOODS - No material will be accepted for return after 90 days. Material must be a stock product (as referenced in the current catalog) and in "as sold" condition; custom-manufactured products will not be accepted for return. To return merchandise, contact your NewAge Industries' Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization Number (R.M.A.). No returns will be accepted without an R.M.A. number. NewAge's Return Product Policy must be fully adhered to. Note your R.M.A. number on your return. Any merchandise accepted for credit will be subject to a 25% or $50.00 restocking charge, whichever is greater. NewAge Industries reserves the right to decline a return which has been cut to a non-stock length.

COMPLETE SHIPMENT - NewAge Industries reserves the right to under/over ship a custom extrusion by up to 10% of the quantity ordered. Any claims for shipment discrepancies must be made within one week of receipt. Contact your NewAge Industries' Customer Service Representative for further details or to report a claim.

CANCELLED ORDERS - Cancellation of custom orders will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be determined by the amount of development and production work done at the time of the cancellation. Custom orders that have been completed are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

DESIGN AND MATERIAL CHANGES - Due to our process of continuous improvement, specifications are subject to change without notice.

CONFIDENTIALITY - All quotations, purchase orders, and business transactions are confidential and should not be shared with individuals outside either organization.
