AdvantaPure Announces Team Member Promotions & Additions
New Position Created to Address Company Growth
Southampton, PA — AdvantaPure, the sanitary tubing and hose division of NewAge® Industries, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointments of John Stover as Director of Product Management, David Schwass as Director of Sales, and Ron Moritz as Regional Sales Manager. The personnel changes, prompted by the creation of a new Product Management department, will help meet the growing needs of the company which serves the pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage, and other clean-application industries.
John Stover will head the newly created Product Management department and be responsible for maintaining product data and specifications and for new product development and testing. With over 25 years experience in the plastics and rubber industry (most of it with NewAge Industries), Stover has the technical expertise and understanding to manage these critical responsibilities. He most recently held the company’s Director of Sales position.
David Schwass, who has held various sales positions within the corporation over a 21-year period, fills the Director of Sales role vacated by Stover. In his new function, Schwass will oversee all sales staff and work closely with the company’s network of distributors. Because of his previous job responsibilities, Schwass has a thorough knowledge of the requirements for tubing, hose, and other products used in the pharmaceutical and clean-application arenas.
Joining the AdvantaPure team is Ron Moritz as Regional Sales Manager. Moritz brings many years of selling experience and expertise with silicone and fluoropolymer tubing, hose, and molded components to the company. His solid understanding of the AdvantaPure product line will serve the company well as he covers accounts in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and other selected customers and prospects.
