The new line allows increased production capacity, more opportunity for specialized or custom tubing and hose, and experimentation for researching and developing new products.

“This additional silicone line enables us to get more product on the shelf, ready for immediate shipment,” says Ken Baker, CEO. “Customers don’t want to wait several weeks to get products—they want them now.”

Meeting customers’ needs has always been an operating guideline at NewAge Industries, and it carries over to the company’s AdvantaPure division. By expanding production capabilities and continuing to grow, AdvantaPure is able to focus on satisfying customers and gaining competitive advantages.

The new silicone tubing and hose production line features the latest in computer technology and manufacturing equipment. It allows AdvantaPure’s manufacturing technicians to more efficiently process raw materials into tubing or hose in less time than with earlier models of extrusion machinery. The new equipment, dedicated to the production of platinum-cured silicone tubing and hose, is operated in its own HEPA-filtered, Class 1000 clean room to keep products pure. Finished tubing and hose is polybagged in the clean room prior to transfer to a segregated storage room. These production processes ensure that the cleanest possible products are shipped to the customer.
