A new option for sanitary connections is now available from AdvantaPure . . . overmolded sanitary ends for PVC, TPE, and TPR tubing and hose. Injection molded from USP Class VI Hytrel® or polypropylene, overmolded ends feature Tri-Clamp® and mini Tri-Clamp styles. They greatly reduce bacteria entrapment situations associated with barb-type fittings. Overmolded sanitary ends cost less than silicone counterparts, making them an attractive alternative for pharmaceutical, medical, surgical, food, beverage, and dairy applications.
